Submission of Abstracts

Deadline: 31 July 2026

Participants may submit abstracts for Oral, Symposium, Plenary or Poster sessions. All submissions must be novel and original. The presenting author must be registered for the congress. Abstracts will be included in the final programme only after registration of the presenting author is completed.

Abstracts

Maximum 300 words, 3-5 keywords separated by commas.
Title: Should not exceed 20 words, in bold letters
File Naming Format:

(For multiple authors, use the first (corresponding) author’s name only.)

Authors & Affiliations

Authors: Name Surname1; Name Surname2; etc, The presenting author should be underlined. The email address of the corresponding author should be provided on a separate line below the affiliations.
Institutions and full addresses of each author, indicated by superscript numbers corresponding to the author names.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Time: 12 mins + 3 mins Q&A

  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (HD Widescreen)
  • Format: PPTX (No embedded videos in PPT)
  • Video: Separate .MP4 files (1280x720 or 1920x1080)
  • Fonts: Standard Windows fonts only.

Equipment Provided:
Windows 10, Office 2016, Smart Pointer, LCD Projector.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Format: Portrait | 95 cm (W) x 125 cm (H)

Presenters will be given 5-minute mini-oral presentation at their poster station.

Printing & Material
  • Photo/Glossy paper or Cloth only.
  • Flex printing is strictly NOT allowed.
  • X-frame and adhesive clips provided on-site.
Font Sizes
  • Headings: 20 mm (80 pts)
  • Authors: 15 mm (60 pts)
  • Body Text: 10 mm (40 pts)
